Dr. Ingo Zemke
Dr. Ingo Zemke (b. 1964) has more than 20 years of practical experience in the financing, support and management of medium-sized companies in a shareholder or supervisory/advisory board capacity.
Through his work, particularly at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (BdW Group), Alchemy Partners and, since 2005, as a founding partner of ICS Partners, his focus is upon businesses in special or crisis situations.
Dr. Zemke is a member of the Turnaround Management Association of Germany. He is well-acquainted not only with business reorganisation but also with the automobile industry, among other things as a result of his work in 2014/2015 with the listed supplier group HTI High Tech Industries AG (Vienna Stock Exchange/ISIN: AT0000764626), which has four plants in Austria and Slovakia.
Dr. Zemke is a banker and Dr. rer. pol. / business graduate (finance).
Robert is Director of The Silverfern Group and brings over 10 years of Mergers & Acquisitions, Consulting, and Business Development experience in Technology and IT-Services sector.Prior to joining Silverfern, Robert was Management Consultant at FRITZ&MACIOL Group, part of the ICT division of IMTECH (IMT), responsible for high profile projects and clients in the financial and travel industries sector.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Robert leads Silverfern's co-investment activities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Robert earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BScIS) degree and a degree as Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker from Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster, Germany.
Dr. Markus Schwaderlapp
Dr. Markus Schwaderlapp has over 30 years experience in the international automotive and engine industry. Of these he spent 25 years with FEV GmbH in the development and acquisition department and as managing director responsible for the markets of Europe and South America and for all development activities in these regions. In North America and Asia, he was responsible for numerous development projects.
Since 2015, Dr. Schwaderlapp is leading the research and development unit of DEUTZ AG.
Dr. Schwaderlapp studied materials science and did his doctorate in mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University.
